PAIN RELIEF WITH NEUROLENSES

Your chronic headaches, neck pain, and more could be caused by the demands of the digital age.

We’re texting, emailing, and surfing the web using smartphones, laptops, and tablets more than ever, but along with that digital prowess, we’ve picked up an unexpected side effect.

Years of in-depth clinical research, conducted at neurology centers nationwide, uncovered a surprising link between the eyes and brain. Researchers discovered patients had something in common when using digital devices: a misalignment in their vision. Over 65 percent of adults in the U.S. suffer from headaches, neck/shoulder pain, eye strain from overuse of these devices, and extended time focusing up.

Neurolens® is the only lens that corrects the eyes from overcompensating during digital device use.

Neurolens® glasses are a new therapeutic solution that provides relief from the symptoms associated with the overuse of digital devices—explicitly developed to reduce or eliminate eye misalignment at all distances.

More than just lenses designed for computer use, Neurolenses® is the first and only prescription lens that adds a contoured prism to align the eyes. Contoured prism has been shown in studies to relieve the headaches, neck/shoulder pain, and eyestrain that many people experience when using digital devices, reading, or doing detailed work.

IS IT RIGHT FOR ME?

If you experience any of these symptoms, you may be a
candidate for neurolenses:

Major or Dull Headaches

You get headaches of any severity each week. Your headaches tend to get worse later in the day. Your headaches are generally worse at work than they are at home or on the weekends.

Pain in Neck & Shoulders

Your neck gets stiff or sore when you work at a computer or read. This might even be from your posture. You get frequent massages/chiropractic adjustments.

Discomfort with Screen Use

You feel like you are more productive at work in the morning vs. the afternoon. Your eyes get tired, burn, or get red easily when you work at a computer for long hours.

The neurolens®
measurement is a new
addition to your traditional
eye examination.

To determine if a patient is a candidate for Neurolens, the eye doctor will use a breakthrough eye-tracking measurement device to accurately and objectively measure your degree of the eye misalignment.

During the exam, patients focus on a single point while a dynamic display of rotating planets and stars activate peripheral and central vision to measure distance and near eye alignment. The Neurolens measurement is performed in less-than three minutes.

What is Neurolens?

Neurolens® glasses are a new therapeutic solution that provides relief from the symptoms associated with the overuse of digital devices. Developed specifically to reduce or eliminate eye misalignment at all distances, neurolens® is the only lens that corrects the eyes from overcompensating during digital device use.

How does neurolens® work?

The neurolens® is customized for your eyes bringing the eyes into proper alignment at all distances. Neurolenses are digitally designed, digitally manufactured, and developed specifically to treat your symptoms.

How much does Neurolens cost?

The cost of neurolens® starts at $650 for single vision and $850 for progressive bifocal lenses excluding any add ons.

Does Neurolens work?

The initial reports provided by neurolens® indicated that out of 360 patients, there was a 93% success rate in reducing the symptoms associated with trigeminal dysphoria, namely a significant reduction in daily chronic headaches and neck pain, and eye strain.

Why won’t traditional lenses help my symptoms?

With a traditional pair of lenses, no correction is made to fix your misalignment, which forces your visual system to constantly compensate. This added work often results in symptoms. If left untreated, symptoms are unlikely to improve on their own.

Are neurolens® Covered by Insurance?

Neurolenses® are not covered by vision or medical insurances at this time. You may, however, still use any frame benefit available on your vision plan toward the cost of your eyeglass frames when purchasing your neurolens®.
